Where we ship
FutsalHub ships Australia-wide — and only Australia-wide. Every order is dispatched from our Australian warehouse, so there's no international shipping, no customs delays, and no waiting weeks for gear to arrive from overseas.
We deliver to street addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.
Shipping cost
Flat rate of $10 on all orders, anywhere in Australia. No surprises at checkout.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched the next business day. Place your order on a weekend or public holiday and it leaves us the next business day after that.
You'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, Australia Post's typical delivery windows are:

These are estimates provided by Australia Post, not guarantees — delivery times can vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control. You can track your parcel at any time using the tracking number in your dispatch email.
Free returns and exchanges
Futsal shoes need to fit exactly right — which is why we offer free returns and free size exchanges on every order.
If your shoes don't fit, we'll send you the correct size and cover the return postage. Try them on indoors on a clean surface; as long as they're unworn outdoors and in original condition with the box, you're covered for 30 days from delivery.
Wrong or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or refund, your choice, including all postage.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights to a replacement or refund for a major failure, or to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
