Size Fit Guarantee
Futsal shoes have to fit exactly, and no size chart survives contact with a real foot. If your pair doesn't fit, we fix it for free.
How a size swap works
- Message us within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number and the size you need to nick@futsalhub.com.au or through our contact page.
- We send the right size out. You don't need to buy a second pair and wait for a refund.
- Send the first pair back on us. We email you a prepaid return label, so postage is covered both ways.
The details
- Size sold out? We refund you in full, including what you paid for shipping.
- Rather have a refund? Free returns within 30 days of delivery, and we cover the return postage.
- Sale items included.
- Condition: try them on indoors, on a clean surface. As long as they're unworn outdoors and come back in the original box, you're covered. We can't take back a pair that has been played in.
