Who we are
About FutsalHub
Run by one person, in Sydney, who plays in the same competitions you do.
Who's behind this
FutsalHub is run by Nick. I've played futsal around Sydney for over 15 years, and I still play in the same competitions a lot of our customers play in.

For most of that time I was a die-hard Nike Tiempo guy. Football boots, indoor version, close enough. Then I tried a proper futsal-specific shoe and found out what a flat sole actually does on a court. The ball sits differently under your foot. You stop where you mean to stop. It is not a small difference, and once you feel it you do not go back.
That is genuinely why this store exists. Most Australian players are still turning up in runners or in indoor versions of football boots, because nobody local sells them anything else.
What we stock, and why
Joma build futsal shoes as futsal shoes rather than adapting a football boot. The Top Flex line has been revised on player feedback for years and it is what the majority of our customers end up in. Senda are futsal-first as well, built to Fair Trade standards, and they fit differently enough to be worth carrying alongside.
We are not trying to stock everything. A range of two brands we know properly is more useful than a wall of options nobody can tell apart.
Sizing help you can actually use
This is the part I care most about, because it is where online shoe buying usually goes wrong.
I have played in most of the shoes we sell, in real competition. So the fit advice here comes from wearing them, not from copying a supplier chart.

Joma runs wide and a little long. Most players go half a size down from their usual football boot. Between sizes, size down.
Senda is the opposite. It should feel snug rather than tight, and the upper softens with wear. If you want more room, size up. Do not carry your Joma size across.
If you are not sure, message us. You will get an answer from someone who has played in them.
How we ship
Everything is held here in Australia. Orders placed on a business day are dispatched the next business day with Australia Post, tracked. Sydney metro usually lands in 1 to 2 business days, most of the country in 2 to 5.

Free standard shipping Australia-wide, no minimum spend.
If the size is wrong
Swap it. Free size exchanges within 30 days, and we cover the postage both ways.
Futsal shoes need to fit exactly, and no size chart survives contact with a real foot. Charging people to fix that would be a strange way to run a store that claims to know about fit.

Not sure what size you are?
Ask before you order. You will get an answer from someone who has played in the shoe, not a copied supplier chart.
